After a thorough analysis a program will be presented to you showing what steps are recommended together with a plan to sell the asset, perhaps help to stabilize it and ready it for sale, manage the asset, sell the underlying mortgage for debt relief, or we might recommend use of our Accelerated Marketing approach which will provide auction expertise. The actual plan will vary by need.
