The Sperry Van Ness Asset Recovery Team (ART)

SVN Asset Recovery TeamSperry Van Ness has responded to the changes taking place in the commercial real estate market by forming a new Asset Recovery Team (ART). The team is made up of 60 advisors within our company, each able to contribute needed skills and experience at a time when market conditions are changing day to day.

It starts with our local knowledge at Sperry Van Ness/ComVest Realty. We will meet with you, at your invitation, to define the issue you're dealing with, determine a preliminary plan and then contact the team member(s) that will best serve your needs.

We must become advisors more than salespeople. Sperry Van Ness has recognized the new market realities and assembled a team of advisors with varied backgrounds and areas of expertise. These experts are part of the Asset Recovery Team (ART). What we are doing locally as well as nationally is offering lenders, property owners (borrowers), businesses and investors advisory services including market research, asset evaluation, asset management, risk management, leasing, receivership, portfolio acquisition, loan workouts, property management, sale/leaseback alternatives to take cash out of a property to benefit the business without requiring a move, accelerated marketing (auction) services where appropriate, and of course conventional brokerage services.

After a thorough analysis a program will be presented to you showing what steps are recommended together with a plan to sell the asset, reposition it, perhaps help to stabilize it and ready it for sale, manage the asset, sell the underlying mortgage for debt relief, or we might recommend use of our Accelerated Marketing approach which will provide auction expertise. The actual plan will vary by need.

Our real message is that we can help you sell, exchange or reposition your commercial real estate portfolio. And we're not limited to our extensive team of local professionals. Our network is regional and national.
